NFTMO management training programme
Working with the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) we have launched an NFTMO approved programme that will give participants a sound understanding of the key issues involved in managing housing services in a TMO.
The programme will lead to a CIH accredited level 3 certificate and will cover: Professional Practice Skills for Managers; Managing Neighbourhoods; Delivery of Affordable Housing Services; Housing Maintenance Systems as well as Managing Finance in a TMO and Governnance in a TMO
The content is geared around what NFTMO members have told us are the key areas through pilot events, questionnaire surveys and a workshop session at the 2015 Annual Conference.
We are taking a blended approach combining group study days with distance learning in line with members' preference for such a mix.
The 11 Learners registered will complete the programme over about 16 weeks having started on April 7th. A number of the learners took part in a review workshop at this year's NFTMO Annual Conference
